WOC Retail Alliance

WOC Retail Alliance (WOCRA) was established to create meaningful pathways for women of color in retail: from entry-level positions (where they currently represent 21% of the workforce) to the highest levels of corporate leadership.

WOCRA sought to refresh its brand as it geared to expand across the region. To take WOCRA to the next level, we streamlined the original logomark and designed a robust brand architecture to accommodate current and future programming, events, and regional communities. Color and graphic systems were developed for visual interest and ownership by different teams. 

Brand development is on-going as we overhaul campaigns and branded initiatives, internal communications and digital experiences.
