SM Prime Holdings, Inc. (SMPH) is one of the largest integrated property developers in Southeast Asia that offers innovative and sustainable lifestyle cities with the development of malls, residences, offices, hotels and convention centers. It is also the largest in the Philippines, in terms of assets.
A few years following its corporate rebrand, SM Prime was eager for fresh interpretations of its primary brand element: the blue circle. In response, we designed two consecutive integrated reports with bold patterns and kinetic geometry that guided the eye across the content. Rounded edges and soft curves echoed the primary brand element while expanding its usefulness. We lifted the brand experience with a curated application of color that struck the balance between accessible and elevated.
The designs re-energized the brand evangelists across the conglomerate.

On the 2024 SM Integrated Report, the use of the ‘slope’ graphic invokes a timeline: from then to now. in this style, the text interacts with the images to create depth and a sense of space.

2022 SM Integrated Report
This integrated report provides a comprehensive view of SM Prime’s performance for the year ended December 31, 2022. It covers our company’s strategy, business models, outlook, and impacts and details how we preserve and create value over time through our subsidiaries and operating units.
The business units included in this report are the Malls, Residences, Offices, Leisure Resorts, and Hotels and Convention Centers. The report covers our Philippine operations and includes mall operations in Mainland China to provide an accurate account of our energy, water, and waste impacts.
