Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet

GEAPP builds transformative public, private, philanthropic partnerships to end energy poverty and accelerate green economic opportunity around the world. Founded by the Rockefeller and IKEA Foundations and the Bezos Earth Fund, GEAPP pilots and scales new solutions in areas like distributed renewable energy and just energy transitions, leveraging blended finance to mobilize investment and improve livelihoods for millions of people.

Four years since its founding, GEAPP required a powerful, invigorating pitch to rally potential allies to the cause. The visual narrative we developed is both compelling proof and call to action, visualizing momentum and scalable impact with fresh graphics, videos, and transitions to retain viewer attention.

Tink Tank also created the microchip infographic, visualizing the Alliance at work: by pooling resources and expertise, it can unlock investments, upskill workforces, empower communities, overcome bottlenecks and reshape entire energy systems. The microchip is the most emblamatic visualization of the Alliance to-date.

The GEAPP Leadership Council (GLC) comprises more than 30 global leaders operating at the nexus of finance, clean energy and philanthropy. This group drives our urgent and inclusive global agenda, champions our shared mission and accelerates our impact.

The GLC works together to tackle the barriers to renewable energy adoption in low- and middle-income countries. We need a more ambitious and inclusive renewable energy agenda globally, and to deliver this it is critical to find partners, secure funding and encourage creativity.
