Stories are a powerful means for bringing people together as a community. They create a bond between giver and receiver; help break barriers; and facilitate the transfer of knowledge and wisdom. That is why for thousands of years, stories have been used to pass on traditions or teach morals.
And so in 2015, a group of SNAP employees proposed a project that aims to promote SNAP values and celebrate company traditions by highlighting work stories as shared by SNAP team members. The project would sere as the written and visual representation of the company's identity and employer brand. The Management Committee, sitting as the Inyovation Committee, approved this proposal.
